Our Test Rigs are also used by Technical Institutes like I.T.I and Diploma & Degree Colleges where Automobile course is taught.

Background

Tekson Electronics was established in the year 1989. Mr. Deepak Tekmal, an Electronics Engineer promoted the unit, with over 16 years hardcore experience in research and development of Automobile Electronics and Process Control Instrumentation. He was in the R & D of M/s. Bajaj Auto Limited for more than 8 years and served in M/s. Gujarat Narmada Auto Limited for more than 2 years.

The company started as a manufacturer of Electronic Modules such as Electronic Ignition, Voltage Regulators, Flashers, Buzzers etc. developed to the stringent specifications of Auto majors like Bajaj Auto Limited Gujarat Narmada Auto Limited. This was supported by development of a vast range of Automobile Wiring Harnesses to OE Specifications.

In the subsequent years, the company successfully diversified into new areas involving development and supply of Electro-mechanical components, Piezo Buzzers and Harnesses for Washing Machines, Control Panels for Textile machinery manufacturers and Test equipment for Bajaj Auto Limited.

We shall strive to meet customer needs by meeting their requirements of Quality, Delivery and Service at reasonable costs through process standardization and continuous improvements in the quality of our products and services.

The management shall provide positive leadership, systems and working culture necessary for implementation of quality policy.

Organisation

Tekson Electronics presently employees 16 people including the management team. The present organization structure divides the operation in the three main product groups.

• Electronic Products / Modules.
• Wiring Harnesses.
• Electro-mechanical Components.

Each product group is managed by a team leader who is involved in product development, manufacturing and testing of group products. Cross-functional support is provided by marketing and administrative team.

The management provides support in problem solving, facility provision, setting up systems and imparting skills required for effective performance of employees.

We emphasize on empowerment of our people and encouragement to team leaders manage and improve the process. We are presently installing a Quality System in line with the ISO 9001 to enable to take decisions based on data and analysis.
