K.M. from
Pune city in the suburb of Khadki. The central location provides easy
access to various industrial areas. |

LAND AND BUILDING

| Tekson Electronics presently operates from
premises of 100 sq. mtrs. We have already planned acquisition of 200 sq.
mtrs of land for factory premises to meet growing needs. |

strive to meet customer needs by meeting their requirements of Quality,
Delivery and Service at reasonable costs through process standardization

The management shall provide positive leadership, systems and working

ORGANISATION

| Tekson Electronics presently employees 16
people including the management team. The present organization structure
divides the operation in the three main product groups. |

Each product group is managed by a team
leader who is involved in product development, manufacturing and testing
of group products. Cross-functional support is provided by marketing and
administrative teem.
The management provides support in problem
solving, facility provision, setting up systems and imarting skills
required for effective performance of employees.
We emphasize on empowerment of our people and
encouragement to team leaders manage and improve the process. We are
presently installing a Quality System in line with the ISO 9001 to enable
to take decisions based on data and analysis.
